At Fine Art Bay, every work of art is handled with care from the moment it leaves our collection until it arrives at its destination. We understand that acquiring art is a personal investment, and our approach to packing and delivery reflects that responsibility.

Packaging

Each artwork is carefully prepared for shipment using protective materials and packing methods appropriate to the work's size, medium, framing, and condition.

Larger, framed, fragile, or particularly valuable works may require specialized packing or custom crating. When special handling is necessary, our team will coordinate the appropriate arrangements before shipment.

Shipping & Insurance

Fine Art Bay shipments include transit insurance to help protect purchased artwork while it is in transit.

Shipping charges may vary according to the artwork's dimensions, weight, destination, packing requirements, and selected delivery method. When shipping cannot be calculated automatically, we will contact the collector with the available options.

Tracking

Once an order has been prepared and released for shipment, tracking information will be provided when available so that you may follow its journey.

Receiving Your Artwork

We recommend inspecting the package and artwork promptly upon delivery. If you notice visible damage to the packaging or artwork, please photograph the condition of the package and the artwork and contact Fine Art Bay as soon as possible.
